Santa Monica-UCLA Medical Center is a hospital located within the city of Santa Monica, California, USA. The hospital was founded in 1926, and has 337 beds. The hospital is also known internationally for operating its Rape Treatment Center, and the adjoining Stuart House for sexually abused children.

New Construction

Originally set to open in 2005, the renamed Santa Monica-UCLA Medical Center and Orthopaedic Hospital will have 271 beds. Project delays have resulted in ongoing construction with informal completion dates suggesting a 2010-2011 timeframe.
